Chief of Party, North Macedonia PAC Activity

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in public policy, public administration, law, international relations, political sciences, social sciences, IT, or related field is required.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with minimum seven years of experience designing, implementing, and monitoring anti-corruption programs is required.
• Experience in managing donor-supported good governance, rule of law, and/or anti-corruption-related projects.
• Experience interacting and working effectively with government and non-government actors and international partners.
• Experience in a senior leadership role that includes supervising and mentoring direct staff.
• Experience providing technical expertise in anti-corruption in the Balkans.
• Experience with anti-corruption, organizational behavior change, and/or digitalization initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Strong personnel and resource management, coordination and decision-making skills, along with an ability to troubleshoot.
• Advanced proficiency in English required. Fluency in Macedonian or Albanian preferred.
