Join a team that values collaboration, technical excellence, flexibility, and the growth of every individual. We’re looking for a Team Leader to support and empower our Brisbane Contaminated Land group while contributing to impactful projects across Defence, Petroleum, Local Government, Mining and Resources.

What You’ll Do 

  • Support, mentor, and develop a specialist team delivering contaminated land site assessment and remediation projects. 

  • Manage day-to-day team operations, including resource planning and collaborative workload management. 

  • Deliver projects to a high technical standard, ensuring safety, quality, and integrity. 

  • Provide guidance and assurance across investigation, remediation, and reporting activities. 

  • Build strong relationships with clients and work closely with senior technical leaders on growth and improvement opportunities. 

  • Engage with regulators and internal stakeholders across Australia. 

  • Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline. 

  • Around 8+ years’ experience in contaminated land consulting (site assessment, remediation, regulatory engagement). 

  • Proven or emerging leadership skills with a collaborative and people-centred approach. 

  • Strong understanding of national and state environmental regulations. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency (required for Defence projects). 

  • CEnvP (General or Site Contamination Specialist) is highly regarded.
